Our coaches are nice guys. It is still time to move on. Time for philosophical change.

We just have to do it as a franchise. It is time to get a fresh start. The fanbase seems to want this. Things are just stale. Another off season is not going to change much. Even if we have the same players we could be golden with the right staff.

Yup people hate on Payton but it was his ego, brash, jerkish personality that transformed this team. Thats why hes great coach despite whats going on in Denver.
