Only issue in this game is too much Taysom Hill

Saints are often putting themselves in hikes trying to get the with him in their sometimes.
Need to focus on our standard plays on these games instead of trying to force Hill I to the QB spot and getting too cute

Seemed like better usage of Taysom to me. Only bad use was when we had turned them over around midfield and he was in on 1st down.

I guarantee that the really creative, holy-shite-did-they-just-do-that plays are being saved for the playoffs. Just wait.

IMO, we are setting up a special play that will be called in a special game.

God almighty of all things to complain about
yes, maybe Payton did try and get a little too cute with him (when the Saints were up by 2 scores), but who cares?
if you can't trust this team's decision making by now this season then I don't know what to tell you.
this was the one, bullshite game of the year that all teams have to deal with on only 3 days rest and the Saints took care of business. let em roll.

O and E have lost control

Even if he hasn’t broken any big plays the past few weeks, Taysom adds a whole other element to the offense that defenses have to spend time preparing to face.

Exactly. Plus, another huge benefit of playing Hill is that it is preventing wear and tear on an aging athlete’s body. Brees is still in top form, but a season - and maybe career - ending injury is always one snap away once an athlete is in his upper 30’s. Moving Brees to a WR position, or to the sideline, 10 times per game is like shortening the season by two games.

Yeah that first down play was dopey, especially with AK ripping off 9 YPC but it worked out so....

I disagree, my only problem with the way he's being incorporated is using him on the first play of a possession. Get a couple of first downs or a favorable down/distance and put him in. They did exactly this later and Hill took on a linebacker and a safety to get a first down.

Just giving defensive coaches even more to plan for. When it's crunch time, Sean knows what's best
