exactly, just like the new helmets that came out around 2010 that are mandatory now are nothing more than a band aid on a heart attack. The reason concussions are up because players continue to get bigger stronger and faster which increases the damage of impact. Only one thing will truly help and they will never do it. Slowly faze in weight limits by position.
