OLB or Spiller. Only if Reggie bolts the Saints take Spiller if he is there.

In no way shape or form do we take an offensive player with our first or second round picks.
Even if Reggie is cut we can survive without him, we can get another player to plug in and we will be fine. Our offense is more than Reggie and we have way too many weapons that it will affect us that much imo.
We need to inject some youth into our defense, I don't necessarily care who we take as long as it is the best OLB, DT, or DE on the board when it is our turn (whichever makes more sense given their draft grade and our view of him).
I think we will have Sharper back so I think we should stick to OLB, DT, or DE. We will be set in the secondary imo once the dust settles.

my ideal pick would be dan williams but he'll be long gone

Absolutley a d lineman (preferably an end) or an OLB. I would also consider an offensive lineman.

at a much cheaper price, of course. (this is all hypothetical if Reggie bolts)

LB Navorro Bowman from Penn. state

center is the only position i would consider and i don't think there is one that is a 1st rounder of quality
ETA: ladanian is done.

Meh. I think he can handle 10-15 touches a game. Regardless of all this talk, I think he lands in Houston.

probably right, but he doesn't have break away speed and i've seen numerous times he's been stopped inside the 5

Oh, I'm not talking about being the featured back. I'm talking about taking Reggie's spot in the offense. Unfortunately, he won't be able to play the slot at times like Reggie does.

nope. The texans are looking for a young guy who can carry the ball 1st and 2nd down

not from what i've read. Mayock says he is one of the best interior linemen in the last 5 years and could sneak into the bottom of round 1
