Just traded for a 6th round swap for a 7th. 9ers will only pay him the min for the rest of this year while the broncos have to pay him over 10 million.
We have no third down pass rush which is his specialty or it was with the cowgirls.
He’s not someone I’d ever target but seems like a good bandaid that basically cost nothing that’s a huge area of concern for our D.

I definitely wouldn't have hated it.
Broncos were right to get rid of him though as both Jonathan Cooper and Nik Bonnito are on fire off the edge thus far this season and they're getting Baron Browning back soon.

The one thing that strikes me funny about this deal and the Chase Claypool Deals is that in both situations you have a rouge player that is a cancer to your team and then you end up trading them to two playoff contenders.
Why if I have a guy that is an ahole? I am sending him to the Bears or the Panthers.
I don't reward them.

They’re sending them to whoever makes the best offer. I doubt people are knocking down the door for known problems.

Situation couldn’t have gotten any worse for Claypool, only way to go was up
