my guess is she wanted/needed to make more money and asked for a raise or new contact, and he didn't want to do it. Judging by them going from her to this intern-level schmuck they have now. Pretty obvious cost saving move.
You assumed when she left she had something lined up. But it kind of makes sense now because Underhill did not really wish her well or spend any time congratulating her on anything. It was abrupt and he was salty over it

Him doing a 180 on MT13 is what did it for me.

This thread is a perfect example of Louisiana’s tendency to turn on anything good that we have. In the long history of saints media coverage we’ve never had anything as quality as Nick Underhill.
But he has a huge ego and tries too hard and has the nerve to try to make money.
