They see need for change and want to win, regardless if it was the right move to fire Vrabel. Saints on the other hand are doing absolutely nothing. Its fricking disgusting. We have incompetence in the front office of this organization. From drafting bust to hiring coaches. Incompetence up and down!!

Pete Carroll is 72 years old, so he was already on borrowed time. The Vrabel firing has been universally criticized from fans in Tennessee and most analysts. Plus, the Adams family has a long history of questionable decisions from ownership. If you're looking for an organization to aspire to be, the Adams-owned Oilers/Titans is not the one to emulate.

These teams are making these moves from an irrational and emotional position. It's easy to just go out and fire your coaches when you have a few bad years and there is nothing to indicate things can be turned around. The signs of a true champion is to make the hard decision and look internally to decide which players to move on from/release in order to make sure you bring in the right players to fit the culture your HC demands.
