I trying to find a replica for my dad for part of his father's day gift. Does any one know where I can get one at?

Would be most rare and expensive I think.
Try...

The Saints have a game-used in their Hall of Fame. I also saw where someone "said" that a former player claims to have one.
However, as far as game-used, they are more than rare - they're pretty much nonexistent. John Mecum wanted to use the helmets, but he didn't get permission from the NFL. So the NFL banned the helmets from use for the 1969 season. Therefore, Mecum had a bunch of helmets the Saints couldn't use. So, he shipped the whole batch up to the Richmond Roadrunners, a semi-pro team that he also owned (many of the owners back then also owned a semi-pro team). The helmets were stripped and replaced with the Roadrunner logos and striping.
You can get a Richmond Roadrunners shirt.

This is probably who you're talking about, supposedly the only surviving example, sold for $6,222.

You could probably get one custom made. My friend has a pretty cool looking purple LSU helmet that he had made.

Get him this instead it's way cheaper and would be badass if he was a New Orleanian in the mid 1980's. Get a Breakers pennant with it for like $30 and it would make a cool display in a gameroom (or if you live in Chalmette - in your living room).
