N/S: Falcons sign AJ Terrell - 4 years, $81M Deal

So far this offseason:
AJ Terrell: 4 years, $81M
Tyson Campbell: 4 years, $76.5M
L'Jarious Snead: 4 years, $76.4M
Jaylon Johnson: 4 years, $76M
Patrick Surtain most likely gets a new deal early next offseason, Sauce Gardner, Derek Stingley & Trent McDuffie will be eligible and could force their team's hands if they have a great year for an early extension.
Meanwhile: Lattimore has a $13.79M bonus that will become due on 8/29 which would essentially lock him with the team through 2025 (FA in 2026, but dead money would be palatable).
Adebo will need a new deal next offseason, and Alontae will need a new deal after 2025. After Terrell's new deal, you would need to pay a CB $19M a year to have them as a top 10 paid CB. And with the way new deals work in the NFL, as a starting CB you have to figure that will be the floor for Adebo.

Adebo will get paid. Remains to be seen whether Koolaid takes that spot or not depending on Marshon’s situation

Yes he will. The question is will he get paid by the Saints, can they clear enough space to afford the tag, or do we get to watch him walk and hope Mickey doesn't do too much to waste a 3rd round conditional pick

Gonna be some hard decisions for the CB room soon.
Lattimore is 28 and has 3 years, 46mil or so left on his contract.
Alontae Taylor is more suited for boundary/outside CB rather than nickel.
Adebo has another similar caliber year and he's going to get paid 20mil
TBD what Kool-Aid can do.

I’m honestly surprised they haven’t moved Taylor to safety. He’s physical with good size. I think he’s thrive in that role.

With the way they restructured his contract, I’m surprised they have not moved Latt yet. Guess that “injury” is holding it back. Would help some of the decisions
