Mkay, the only reason to "bottom out" and get a top 3 pick is to select a QB. We already have the QB so that isn't needed anymore

Not really, the whole argument was that you called me out earlier for not knowing what I’m talking about and the players I said we shoulda drafted are listed by Vegas as favs for DPOY.
That’s the crux of the conversation. Once I pointed that out, you keep coming up with more bs.

Half of the Tiger Rant was demanding the Saints draft Mason Taylor. You aren’t special. The other guy has two sacks on a bad defense and is a PFF warrior. And to add to that, you were wanting to tank for two average QBs.

I mean yeah, ideally that would've been cool. But Shuck is too good to do that so it's a good problem to have. At least we secured the most important position on the team.
Also, on his injury history--they're all broken bones and the collar bone may have been mishandled by TT. It's not like we're stuck with the inevitable RG3 path with Jayden or Burrow (ACL, MCL, turf toe, calf, wrist ligament) who sounds like he wants to retire already.
The guy with that list of injuries and giving those pressers? People on this board would pay him >$50 million a year and mortgage multiple draft picks to trade for him.

I trust my assessments on the past. I got reemed in here for saying we shoulda drafted Achane. Look how that turned out.
Shough is playing good now, but remember he’s 26, he’s already older than over a 1/3 of qbs already starting. The team is still in cap hell and needs to hit on at least two more drafts to compete.
And it’s cool to compare one rookie to another, one that’s a half decade older? Why don’t we give Ezeriku a couple years before you say he sucks….

I don't remember people reeming you for wanting to draft Achane, didn't you or some others want Spears though (degenerative knee)?
Drafting a RB in that area was the move but they unfortunately selected the guy that can't pick up the playbook and gets injured. I'm sure they would've gone Achane had Miller been gone. It happens.

Go read this thread. Lots of people wanted Spears tho going off memory but I didn’t want him b/c of that reason. I mentioned Chase brown and Sean Tucker as guys I wanted later in the draft if we passed on taking one earlier.
