wish list not expected available list
Ah, gotcha. I thought it was your wish list based on who you thought would be available at that spot.
I think Hayward is underrated. Good CB

post 1st Rd on DTs-
addressed Irvin & Jenkins in new thread. They were reaches for those teams but makes me feel good that we were looking at the right guys to hope for falling.
Result to positions at the start of this thread from 1st Rd-
DT- very good, only 3 taken. What I look at is how many I have left on the big board compared to how many picks there are to fill. From this point you could say the Saints have #57. I would put Still, Reyes, & Worthy in the still fo sho gone category. I had three other names. That means 6 DTs would have to go in those 56 picks for one to not be available. That makes the probabilty even stronger that one would be around. No guarantee they would be the BPA at that time but I like the chances. Smile if you hear Brandon Thompson Clemson, Alameda Ta'amu Washington, or Mike Martin Michigan. Ta'amu is the most questionable for scheme fit. Martin the most likely they might pass on for value.

Safety is a need since ours are terribly overrated/terrible in general

unfortunately safety might be the weakest position in this draft. The only one I see fitting at #89 is George Iloka Boise St and even he might not be near the BPA then.

updating-
bold players still available after pick #70
Defensive Tackle- If one is picked it could give the team a lot more leverage with Big Sed. Maybe as far as cutting him then.
My #89 wish list order is prolly:
Brandon Thompson Clemson
Alameda Ta'amu Washington
Mike Martin Michigan
Cornerback- I see a lot of comments about need here. Jabari just extended, PRob has two more years, and Patrick is just in his 2nd year. Yeah, after that but your first pick for a #4 corner doesn't seem like a push at all to me. That said, there could be more than one CB that they tag as a can't pass on player available.
Wish List Order:
Jamell Fleming Oklahoma
Casey Hayward Vanderbilt
Josh Norman Coastal Carolina
I like Brooks but he looks closer to a stretch than BPA at 89, great value in the 4th.
Wide Receiver- the top isn't great but the next tier towards #89 has a lot of potential. My wish list is skewed towards deep threat burner types. Jeffrey SC & Sanu Rutgers may be the highest rated overall that might be around but are big possession types which we have covered.
3 names I'd be excited about:
Chris Givens Wake Forest
A.J. Jenkins Illinois
Ryan Broyles Oklahoma
