Missed targeting call?

Did anyone else see the shot that Scantling took in the 3rd quarter? It was a dropped pass and while being tackled, one of the Raiders clearly threw a forearm shot to the head, somewhat reminiscent of Burfict did to Brown years back.

Targeting doesn't exist in the NFL.

You know what I mean........I misstated the term. Unnecessary roughness, unsportsmanlike etc.....

If it's the hit I'm thinking about it was a clean hit. More than that, it was the kind of hit I wish I would see from the saints players, and the way football should be played.

If it’s the hit I’m thinking of, it was a perfect hit. Player dropped he pad level to be low enough even on a crouching receiver, and the defender led with his shoulder rather than his head. It was violent but clean in my opinion (again, assuming the same play).
