28I really think we should make a play for Mike Tomlin. Offer 2 first round picks to the Steelers and see if they bite.
Yes that's a lot to give up but we will likely get 1st round picks back when Payton goes back into coaching in a year or 2. I think Tomlin could use a change of scenery.

The Steelers have been a Beacon of consistency in a league that goes through personnel like underwear, plus going against the grain by keeping a black coach at the helm...no way they send Tomlin to another team unless he WANTS to leave or has a major team meltdown.
