Saints need a full time DE though. Not just a pass rusher

If that's his pics I'll take Barnette at 11 and McCaffrey at 32.

Reddick is far from just a pass rusher. He's a complete LB (played safety and HB in HS). He plays the run well and can cover (not as well but decent enough).

That said, he is not and never will be a DE in the nfl (not full time at least; maybe a moonlight now and then). He's a true Will LB.

Yeah. We need a guy with some whoop arse who can shore up the run defense just as much as we need some pass rush.

never thought he was THAT good. I mean good enough to use a 1st round pick on for Christ sake.

I would be ok with Reddick at 11, but we would really need to follow that up with a quality DE. As deep as this draft is at corner, I just don't see the need to use 32 on it.

I am wondering if they see the Okafor/kikaha combo as enough at that DE spot.

I'd much rather take tj watt. Btw, compare his measurables to junior Gallette. And the only combine drill JJ watt did better was bench press.

TJ was good enough to earn label as one of the safest picks in the draft. Safest picks on defense
