dayum, you're coming along kemosabe
prolly do one this weekend, if today I'd replicate 2 4 5 7 8 9 10 11 then after that some of the positions are the same just different choices.
1&3 same QBs but i'm leaning the other way now
6 Browns surely could be Quinn but maybe the top ten team that could go in the most different directions
12 I'm considering wagers on how many QBs go before Locker
15 even tho Ingram is one of the most consistently mocked players there, it won't be a surprise if he drops further. I could even see Pats 28
21 I dunno if Ayers stock can hold up that high
23 seeing more n more Jimmy Smith there, or what about the #1 or 2 OG over OT for need?
25 this looks like the #3 QB hole to me + it seems Houston's stock has faded to the 2nd Rd
27 seeing another DE here, Houston, Heyward, Sheard, Reed...
32 OLB more? Ayers, Wilson... or #2 RB if only one gone
mocks are fun but i had a reality check this week. calculated for the past ten years... avg # of 1st Rd spots traded- 12 with 2 traded twice. pretty much throws 50% of 1st Rd picks into the air. maybe a thread on draft spots trade outlook?

Yeah even though Im doing this mock I dont think its gonna end up like this becuase I think theres gonna be lts of trades in the first round. (including our pick at #24) But you just cant mock those.

Whatcha think about us getting Clayborn?
Posted on 4/12/11 at 8:58 pm to Meateye
the medical issue/grade could be a decider. his game tape from 09 was top 5 pick like, last year good but not inspiring. If they jump for him I'll be happy.
As far as probability he's a bit of a wildcard for the same reasons. Some team falls for him and he could go ten picks higher. If the medical issue & tape flags too red he could be at the end of the first round. I'd throw out 60-70% probability of being available at 24.
Today:
SI's Peter King seconds an NFL Network report that Iowa DE Adrian Clayborn's Erb Palsy is a concern for many teams while also noting that other teams actually view it as a positive.
"It shows what kind of guy he is, to have overcome that," one coach said. "I love him. I love everything about him." While admitting that Clayborn will have to add upper-body strength at the next level, one scout said he still has a mid-first-round grade on him. Clayborn, himself, concedes that his best position will be a 4-3 end.

And PFT is saying that there are some new bad reports on Bowers' knee. The DE's are going to be all over the place this year.
Posted on 4/12/11 at 9:26 pm to THRILLHO
the good part is that the depth remains, the more questions the more quality is gonna be pushed down the board.
If 3-4 QBs and 3-4 OTs go before 24, add in a CB like Jimmy Smith, another G besides Pouncey, another DT or two, Ayers or Wilson- then the Saints could have the difficulty of deciding which quality DE they wanted out of a few

houston being a pothead maybe drops him out of the first......
can't have that at a position where relentless motor is needed.
