Oh my . . . this whole mess has convinced me that logic is useless. The fleur de lis alone isn't an issue . . . Nobody has claimed a trademark for the fleur de lis alone . . .nor "Who Dat" . . . but believe what you want.

The NFL did claim it owned who dat, that was the issue. The proof was in the second paragraph first page of the letter, it is linked on page two of this thread.
You keep on being sour for no reason about this, but the FACT remains; the NFL was claiming ownership of a saying they did not own. That drew their attention, the who dat shirt, that and nothing else.
