I haven’t been able to watch any preseason games or really follow training camp outside of this site. (I hear this Ian Book kid might not be the best QB ever and apparently the Saints are going 4-13)
Don’t really ever see his name mentioned in any offensive line discussions. He seemed pretty accomplished in college. All SEC and I really liked what I heard in interviews with him. Anyone know if he’s even projected as a second string guy? Is he that bad?

I mean he was a 6th round pick so if he is 2nd string that is pretty good

I make no judgments on whether it’s good or bad. Just haven’t seen his name in any threads. I remember analysts saying he was a steal when he was drafted.

And I genuinely mean that. I didn’t ask if the Saints were moving or if we could get Brees back. It was a real question about a seldom discussed player.
