Yea. The launching into a hit as the ball carrier is descending call is difficult in the extreme to get correctly in real time. I don't know how you make it better without just scrapping it all together.

The team loves KV. I'd be willing to bet he gets a deal done with Saints.

He's a damn good hybrid safety...a position/chess piece a lot of team's covet in today's NFL.

If he can repeat last year, I'd like to take a look at him. If he's the old vaccaro let him walk

I think he really only had one off year with his second year, and I think that was because of no veteran leadership on the field. I don't think he's elite but he's solid if used properly.

It moreso because we took him out of the role we used him as when he wasa rookie and tried to play him as an actual safety.

Needless to say his forte is not playing deep. He thrives around the line and in the slot.

That's why I was saying how silly it is that you'd replace him with Bell or Williams or Bush or any other traditional safety.

He is very much a Harper clone, but better in man and not as good blitzing.

Prove it deal this year. I haven't been a fan of KV since his rookie season. I think he's a very average player to above average. He played well at times last year but he's not worth the numbers you're throwing in there, IMO.
