I know, they were just one of my favorite parts of the attitude era that go overlooked a lot.
I had watched before in the 80's, but got back into it at about in 92.
There were a few things that were building to the attitude era that were just great.
stuff with Shawn and Razor, the undertaker, Bret Hart, yokozuna..even with Diesel...and Sunny.
The feud between Austin and Hart is what really kicked it off to me. To watch Bret be beaten by Austin and surrounded by Owen, Anvil and Davey smith as they have carefully loaded him on a stretcher and took a lot of backstage time putting him in an ambulance..that you realise Stone Cold is in the driver's seat of as they close the doors.
But yeah, world was a different place back then.

Completely agree.
What I'm saying is, there's no reason to put extra stock into it due to him correctly predicting the something we all predicted.

I prefer to lose him for the year at this point. We're not gonna make the playoffs, so might as well get some better draft picks. We're already down 1 draft pick, have a need to replace our entire defense, and will have to let people go because of the cap in the next couple years.
