Haslett inherited a 3-13 team and turned them into a 10-6 team and then a few bad bounces away from the playoffs in 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 Can't really blame him for 2005.
Allen inherited a 9-8 team and turned them into a 7-10, 9-8, and now awful team this year
