Loomis and D.A. Deep inside you know D.A. loved what Jameis did to Falcons. Good to see Jameis is still here. Glad we got rid of Braun .

I know you're being facetious but Jamies is as solid of a backup QB you will find in the league and he loves the Saints and NOLA. If they can resign him (which means reworking the money we already owe him regardless of if he leaves or stays) they they would be doing the best thing for the team.
I'm not sure about Braun because honestly I don't know who the hell he is? But that guy Zack Baun showed some promise once they started to use him in the role he's best in. Not worth overpaying to keep because IMO we could find better players like him in the draft. But on a team friendly deal I expect they would have kept him.

honestly, probably not a terrible idea for him to stay as a backup. Unless he is brought into to mentor Bears, Patriots or Redskins new QB, there are not any starting jobs out there besides the Vikings
