In 02 the team got Haslett'd. That dude was to Aaron Brooks as Les Miles was to his Antiquated offense. Every idiot in the stands could see that Delhomme was the better quarterback yet he stuck with Brooks. Ultimate Vindication came just a year or two later when the Saints dealt Delhomme to a division rival and he took them straight to the Super Bowl and if not for some fishy bulshit would have won it.
