And is his son still working in NY? Used to see him on ESPN's sports reporters in the 90s

Yes I know I could have googled, but I figgered I might get some interesting stories here

Actor/Director Buck Adams passed away in 2008. He was 52.

Learned this today.

Peter Finney is still alive.

Learned this today.

That's enough for today.

I loved going down the street to get the TP from my grandma on Mondays during the 90's to check out the Saints coverage and Finney's side article.

We lived in BR, but my grandma always kept her TP subscription being from NOLA.

It honestly was a highlight of my day. Got to visit the grandma and pick up the paper.

Miss those days.

He's a great writer. I don't read the TP much though, unfortunately. I have this book he wrote about 100 years of tiger football. How I learned most of what I know about LSU football (or at least the history)

Kafka

One of my favorites, if I knew how, I'd have posted that.

Pete Finney still writes an occasional article for the TP.
