Lowest seed plays the 1 seed.

Depends on who gets the top seed, Philly or Minny.

Also depends on who would win the other WC game. If the WC team would beat the Rams, they would play the top seed not us.

Don't the Saints get the 3 seed if the Panthers, Rams, & Saints all go 12-4?

In a 3 way tie, doesn't the best conference record get the highest seed? Saints would be 9-3 in conference. Rams & Panthers would both be 8-4.

Obviously, the Rams would get it over us in a 2-way tie, but we would get it over the Panthers in a 2-way tie.

No. It would be head to head tie breaker with us and Rams because of being division champs. Panthers would automatically be 5th seed.

I'd rather stay away from the Vikings until the NFC Champ game.

My bad. Thought it would be between the 3 teams.

In other news, the Rams are beating the Seahawks 27-0 right before halftime. Starting to look like we have to lose out to not make the playoffs.

Agreed. I'd rather play the Eagles than the Vikings.

Dont underestimate the Rams. They could bleed us dry if we play like we did today.

Jesus Christ. Rams now up 34-0 & it's not even halftime yet.

The Lions & Cowboys can still sneak in as the 6 seed as well. Falcons still have to play the Saints & Panthers. They could still easily lose 2 more games.

They've had some big injuries on defense since then. Their secondary is in shambles now & their running game is a joke.

If Russell Wilson doesn't have huge game & they can't stop the run...they are pretty damn bad. Those are their only 2 strengths.

That's what the Rams are doing to them right now. They've held Wilson to 8-15 for 85 yards passing & Gurley has 16 carries for 144 yards at halftime.

except:

you lost to atlanta in atlanta

you "almost" lost to the jets at home today

and the falcons will "most likely" beat you here next week

the tampa game you should easily win just like you should have easily beat the jets so ya, tampa might just beat us

so except for possibly losing the next two games to weak teams, you can beat any top seed in the playoffs
