Not that contracts present any obstacle to Loomis, but iirc, doesn't Matty have a $45M cap hit this year?

Everything out there indicates Winston is the back-up plan. It is believed there are 3 teams talking to Winston and at least 1 offer out there; but Winston is making the decision to wait to see what happens with Watson
