Owners will often bring in outside consultant firms when they are doing a full rebuild and fire the FO. They have done that in the past with the Pelicans (when they fired Dell).

If she brings in an outside consultant to help hire a HC, that tells me she is done just letting Mickey run the show and she wants outside opinions.

That would be a very positive step.
