He's no given above #15. I wouldn't characterize it as a fall at all.
We've had a top 5 offense 5 of the 7 years under Payton. Last year was ranked #3, #2 in 2011. We had the worst defense in NFL history last season. So can anyone suggest a WR as a #15 pick?
I'd go further. The only possible offensive players I could imagine this year would be at LT. And even Joeckel or Fisher wouldn't be a slam dunk if Bushrat or another UFA is signed to fill the LT spot.

Why the hell would you guys draft a WR at ANY early pick in this years draft? Don't you guys have bigger concerns at DB/S/DE/OL?
