The defense has a lack of talent. We all know this. They will not hold a team to 7-10 points.

They did their job and made a few big plays to keep SF to only 7 first half points and crushed their QBs confidence. How were they rewarded? 7 points in their column.

2nd half starts and they should be playing with the lead, and give up a big play, then a TD. That's okay, that is really what they do. Then the offense gives them 7 more.

If I told you before the game that the defense forced 2 turnovers, held SF to 17 points, and the TOP was dead even, you'd think the Saints won.

The INT before the half killed the momentum. Defense didn't play great, but they weren't the reason we lost.

They gave up a 9 minute drive.

Brees gave up 14 points. 49's won by 10. Simple logic

Also only gave up 17 points. If Drew doesn't throw 2 pick 6's and the line actually blocks, we have a damn good shot of winning. Guess it really doesn't matter anyway. We lost. Nothing else to say.
