Loomis sucked as a GM until they brought in Ireland. He mad several of the key personnel moves in the draft.
At this point, you have an owner in Gayle that has never been a business woman that had to balance a budget and make key decisions. To her the Saints are a family business and Loomis is like her Uncle/Brother in law that you gave a job to many years ago.
