How many years do you think we can be average or a little above?

This isn’t a quick fix. With all the holes on both sides of the ball. I say at least three years with the right coach , burning it all down and starting over. We have to get rid of a lot of these aging vets. Unfortunately we are stuck with Loomis making these decisions
