has there been a successful onsides kick? What about two point conversions being made?

I don't know, but they said this was the first one that they can remember being attempted that wasn't late in the 4th quarter.

i did know that no team had won a SB after losing their last 3 games

I would guess there have been a few...
Kevin Faulk had one against the Panthers and Stan Humphries threw the first one. That's two from Louisiana. I remember Favre had one against the Pats (I was at that one)
