Just checked and there's been no announcement.
After thinking about picking up Brooks, it seems that there's very little risk. Yeah, he's getting up in age and, therefore, a greater risk of an injury, but this guy would be worth every penny the Saints pay him to tutor the young LBs on the team. Seems like a win/win situation.
