I watch him in press conferences after games and he's never able to convince me he has the leadership skills to run the coaching side of the organization.
If he can't convince me, a normal fan who doesn't know shite about head coaching an NFL football team, how does he convince the players?
Sean Payton was a hard act to follow, but D.A. just doesn't seem like he has the head coach skill set within him.
I'd do it at the end of the season, mid season changes rarely work out for the best. The damage has already been done.
