WOW!! And Brees is 5-4 while playing 4 years longer. I know teams matter but there's a reason QB's are the highest paid players. I'd still take Brees over Flacco though.

7 years longer? 2001->2008?
unless you count only playoff going years.

Brees stats:
5-4 record
262/392 (66.8%)
2980yards (331.1ypg)
22TDs
4INTs

we can obviously tell who's carrying the team..lol!

2 of those INT's came against san fran last year, 1 was from his SDG days, and 1 was against chicago in 06

Jeez...might be time for me to put the Heinekens down and go to bed. Of the stats you posted, that postseason win/loss for Flacco is amazing. Makes those records I quoted seem more believable.

Flacco started playing much better once they switched offensive coordinators. They took the hand cuffs off of Flacco and the offense.

I still think they overpaid.

What!

Big Ben went to and won the Superbowl in his second year.

He was saying he's won one playoff game in EACH of his first 5 years.

Got it...but if you are going to make a big point like that, gotta have the most important word in there. Just saying. Carry on.

Sad thing is literally anyone in the nfl can do what flacco is/has been doing with that team. top 5 defense every year and probably one of the best offensive lines as well. he's not worth 20 a year.

Hey!! Give me a break. I was well into the second six pack of Heinekens by then.

No but I sure do like Heineken. What's wrong, you got something against an all American beer like......uh, wait a minute.

Flacco has improved significantly over the last year or so, but that kind of money is ridiculous for him. He is not one of the handful of elite QBs in the league.

With the aging defense, and no money to sign replacements, it will be tough for the Ravens to win games for a while.

I like imports alright. Hiney-can is garbage though. My black friends seem to like it. I never understood it. All I can taste is bitter bubbles.

Becks, Grolsch, Molson and Heineken are my order of preference, with a bunch of others after those. The 1st three are hard to find here. If you like Budweiser or Milwaukee's Best Light though, you'd be on around here.
