Ok, it wasn't actually at the alter, but a week before is PRETTY close. a-hole went to his bachelor party, came back, and broke it off. This was after many out of town family members had hotel and flight reservations thatcoyld not be cancelled. We went to NOLA and had fun in spite of the circumstances.
Went to manales and had awesome BBQ shrimp.

If its the same engagement/wedding that I know of, didn't he find out the girl was cheating on him and banging some bartender in the city? No disrespect to you or your cousin, I don't even know if we are talking about the same story, but dumb move on that girls part. But either way. I'm sick of him and just dislike him.

Hartley has won more games for us this year than he's lost, considering neither loss this season was on him, and he's won more games for us in his career than he's lost for us. But his inconsistency issues are what worry me. He has great leg strength (his 55 yarder against the jets on Sunday would have easily been good from 60), but he needs to be automatic when kicking from less than 45, just like all kickers should be under decent conditions.

It's so strange to me that he almost seems automatic from really far distances, but anything inside 35 and I'm nervous he will miss it.

He's still riding on thw 09 season. He sucks and has sucked ever since

LOGIC ATTACK:

2008 - 8 games 13/13 100%
2009 - 5 games 9/11 81.8%
2010 - 14 games 20/25 80%
2011 - John Kasey
2012 - 16 games 18/22 81.8%
2013 - 8 games so far 16/21 76.2%

Yes his numbers are lower, but we're only half way through the season. If he goes 5/5 the rest of the season he will have kicked more field goals than any other year in his career and still be over 80%.

He shouldn't be fired. Bring someone else in for competition, maybe. If he's cheap and likes the practice squad, but Hartley isnt a bad kicker by any stretch of the imagination.

As for this, career wise:
0- 29 yrds - 28/30 93.3%
30 - 39 yrds - 24/30 80%
40 - 49 yrds - 18/24 75%
50+ yrds - 6/8 75%

Most of his fieldgoals are 0-40 yrds and he is solid at that distance.

His numbers drop off after 40, but thats to be expected with kickers.

Looks like it. And I saw your stats, guess it's my imagination bc I get so angry when he does miss a short one.

He won me back with that 55 harder. Emo is both maddening and enlightening at the same time.

Little emo usually goes through a bad stretch every year. I hope he has went through that and is money for the rest season.

Every year he goes thru some phase where he just goes cold...starts to duck hook. I can handle a random miss, but to start to miss EVERYTHING for about 3 games in a row always hurts. Way too inconsistent. Competition has to be brought in. I don't care if it's some old guy that has a range of 40 yrds, at least those should be automatic

It's when he misses the kicks, not how many. All of his misses seem to be the difference in the game
