Feels like the Giants would be willing to cut bait with Toney for cheap.
Explosive players but a dummy and a head case. Worth a 4th perhaps?

Stay away. You don't cut bait on a 2nd year, 1st round pick unless they're a Antonio Brown-level headcase.

Toney showed up at the OTA's once he started getting shopped.
Super talented player but somebody you'd probably look to move before you had to pay him on a longer deal.
his body of work has no consistency.
3 modest years at Florida and then went off his final year there.
looked really good against us and Dallas in back-to-back weeks as a rookie but that's about it.
only played vs. The Saints because Sheppard and Slayton were hurt.

Toney has red flags.
