Delone carter or Keiland Williams could be used the same way we use ingram and we couldve gotten a player like that for way less.
They're cutting Ingram just as soon as Ivory is ready.

Lulz Ingram is obviously good, but I don't think we should ever take a RB early considering the offense we run.

Dude, they drafted him for the future. Backs don't come in, outside of freaks like Peterson, and immediately destroy. He's getting carries and doing decent.

Obviously, he's a pretty good decoy in the redzone.

I feel like we didn't fill a need, and we couldve used that pick to really improve in another spot.
I guess you missed every one of the Saints' rbs being injured last year? Reggie, Pierre, and Chris all looked good in street clothes on the sidelines.

actually rb is the few positions where they do come in and destroy right away.....
the OP is just pointing out that we are not a running team and we have 4 assets at RB while we are lacking at OLB, SS, and OT and pass rushing DL.

Good thing people heal up and you can't predict injuries every year.

FWIW I heard next year's draft isn't very deep at all.

Not at all. Just realizing that the saints will never have a feature back so the fact that we used a first round for a runningback was not a good move.

Sure. The Saints should have rolled the dice and seen if they got injured yet again? Another playoff run without rbs would have been fun.

Sure we could of added a runningback late in the draft or in free agency.
It's really funny saints are up 35 and won't give a rb a carry on the 1. Just helping my point.

Damn - 47 points scored, most of the 2nd half yet to go, and some people still beotch. Do you put pins in your eyeballs for fun?!?!? Get a life.

Did you watch the last few games of the year of last season? In particular against Seattle? Everyone was fricking hurt. We NEEDED some help at RB and we took action to fix a problem area.
