I cannot freakin' wait for this game! I will be in BR on Sunday, the questions for me is do I stay in La. another day and go down to the Dome on Monday and try to get tickets?

With the 6-0 Saints returning home to the Dome to face their most hated rivals, the Craplanta Falcants, the atmosphere on Monday will be very much like the last time the Saints faced off against the Falcants on Monday night. I don't what kind of "simulated crowd noise" the Falcants will try to use during practice this week. I do know it won't even come close to what they will experience in the Dome on Monday. Fans will have all day (some leaving work early) to get good and sauced up for this game. Every mistake they make on offense will be met by an increase in the intensity of the crowd noise. Rest assured there will be some miscommunications in the huddle because it will be next to impossible to hear.
On offense, the Saints will have another balanced attack with PT and Bell wearing down their defensive line. The playaction will suck up the LB's and Colston, Shockey and Moore will be open down the middle of the field. Once Brees catches the safeties playing to far from the sides, Devery or Meachem will beat them deep. If they try to blitz, Brees will dump it off to Bush who will probably take it to the house.
I wouldn't want to be Atlanta's defense this Monday.

I've never been so pumped for an NFL game in my life.

Per PFT, the Falcons are going to be missing another player from their secondary for the rest of the year.
Rookie S William Moore is done for the year with a hamstring injury.
That makes the third player from their D to go out for the year, along with DT Peria Jerry and CB Brian Williams.

I agree, go Dirty Birds! Saints should probably win (seeing all the injuries to an already questionable secondary) but all the Saints radio talk and national media talk of an undefeated season really bothers me. I'd love nothing more than to knock off some of that smug cocky BS the fans and players have. However, in the long term, undefeated or not, the Saints are good. I'd rather have 6 losses and win a Super Bowl quite honestly...

why do you come on here every week and pick against the saints? just curious.

Saints 48
Falcons 34
But the Falcons only get 34 because the Saints get bored and put Reggie Bush as Cornerback in the fourth quarter.

We Saints fans aren't expecting an undefeated season, we have never had any reason to belive we are better than the rest of the NFL, we are just hoping for one. We could win every game or we could lose every game. On any given sunday(or in this case monday) anything can happen. In my opinion I don't care if we go undefeated as long as we GET to a Super Bowl. I think the City and people of New Orleans deserve to enjoy a super bowl with their team, even if we don't win. I also belive that Brees deserves to be in a Super Bowl. I would love to see him in the same group as Manning and Brady.
Saints 45
Falcons 21.
