It wasn't nearly as bad as some are making it out to be. The majority of the big plays that Mike Evans made he committed extremely obvious offensive pass interference that the refs refused to call on him. Fully extending his left hand while planting his left food and moving to the right for a slant. Grabbing Latt around the waist and pulling him back to get leverage in the endzone.
I don't care what DB was on Evans, he was gonna get his yards if the refs just let him push his way open every play.
