That's what slowing down before you get in the end zone is IMO.
Certainly it's more taunting than your Punter raising his arms while running into the end zone.

What's the rule on plays being over?
Harper hits Smith simultaneous to the referee lifting his arms to signal a TD. I do not hear a whistle, so according to the NFL rule book, isn't Harper's hit legal?
It is illegal to punch a player and to pick a player up by the facemask, which is what the Panthers did after the play.

Smith was slowing down before the endzone so he deserved it. Graham would whip anyone's arse on the Carolina defense so I'm not worried
