The bad part is that no way we get rid of him year one. We are gonna have a four win season this year and probably go 1-5 to start next season before a move is made

We need to rebuild. Winston is not an elite QB. looks like we need to lose a lot to get some higher picks. Sean left this team for a reason. Forget Sean's wife's decisions. We are looking at a losing season this year and probably the next year as well.

Doesn't seem to be the right fit. Needs to bring in a better crew of assistants! That would help, I think!
