In fact, all of these idiots in the FO are. It’s an embarrassment I would say I hope we lose today but we’re not gonna do shite about it either way.

He is doing exactly what ownership wants. The leadership of the organization is apathetic and as long as people show up or watch on TV, this his what you’ll get
They are not really interested in winning. Not saying they want to lose, but record isn’t a priority as long as you keep attending/watching.
