Branch Rickey used to say he’d rather trade a player a year too early than a year too late. I get wanting to keep “our guys” but just remember that if he falls off in year 2 when he’s 37 and we bitch about “coaching” or the DC.

He's becoming one of my favorite Saints of all time. He's a true pro on and off field.
He's a beast physically / mentally and always seems to be in right spot. He's underrated in my opinion as an all time Saint great.
