Apparently he spent 24 days in jail for the manslaughter.

If I remember right the guy was technically “jaywalking” so Stallworth got his arse saved basically

IKR.

Weird considering the system sets him up to fail.

From what I remember the guy was walking in the middle of a highway. I remember at the time that my impression was that if he hadn't been drinking then he would not have been at fault at all. At least that's how I remember it being presented.

Yeah that’s what I meant when I said jaywalking the guy was technically in the wrong so stallworth got a slap on the wrist even though he was legally drunk

Don Lemon

Well Don Lemon was also pretty cool with that special needs guy being beaten and bullied in Chicago; he didn't think it was evil but that it was "bad home training."

Fury as CNN host says Facebook Live torture case WASN'T EVIL & blames 'bad home training'
quote:

The young man, who has learning difficulties, was seen tied up, gagged and cowering in the corner as his attackers repeatedly beat him in the footage which was streamed live.

The gang could be heard shouting “f*** white people” and “f*** Trump” as they tortured the defenceless 18-year-old in the shocking video from Chicago.

During a discussion about the case, which has since seen four people charged with hate crimes, CNN’s Don Lemon hit back when a panelist branded it an act of evil.

quote:

“I don’t think it’s evil. I think these are young people and I think they have bad home training,” he said.

Lol Stalworth needs to go sit in the corner on this one. That mother fricker killed a dude drunk as frick and got off. If anyone has fricking privilege it is him. Let a poor black kid or white kid run over the same guy and they would be under the jail.

We all know the drunk part would have buried a regular citizen.

He pulled a hamstring when trying to stop his vehicle.
