I had plenty of free time today, so I did this. I won't be doing this every week though.

Scores that increased from Week 6 to Week 5 (19 Total)
-OG Calvin Throckmorton - 10.0 Don't read too much into this. His score still sucks
-FS Marcus Maye - 4.6 Very good game
-RB Mark Ingram - 3.7 I thought he looked very good
-DE Marcus Davenport - 3.3 I'll be blunt about this. You don't watch him play if you think he sucks
-TE Adam Trautman - 3.1 Finally starting to breakout, then he gets hurt. Same thing happened last year
-LB Demario Davis - 2.1 He has the #1 pass rush grade for all LB's (Run Defense = 73.7, Pass Coverage = 77.3, Pass Rush = 92.3)
-QB Andy Dalton - 2.0 He's been extremely solid, but our O-Line needs to play better
-DE Carl Granderson - 2.0
-RT Ryan Ramczyk - 1.6 Looking elite again after a slow start
-OT Landon Young - 1.6
- K Wil Lutz - 1.5 Having a very good year
-LB Kaden Elliss - Doing a solid job as our #3 LB
-RB Alvin Kamara - 1.3 PFF hates Kamara
-WR Keith Kirkwood - 1.2 Looked solid imo
-DT Shy Tuttle - 1.0 He & Onyemata need to start playing better. DT is a problem for us
-S Justin Evans - 1.0
-P Blake Gillikin - 0.8 Looked good besides that last abortion of a punt
-TE Juwan Johnson - 0.7 He's been solid all year so far
-WR Tre'Quan Smith - 0.4 He's actually been surprisingly solid this year imo

Scores that decreased from Week 6 to Week 5 (18 Total)
-OG Lewis Kidd - 15.3 He replaced Peat. I guess he wasn't quite ready
-TE J.P. Holtz - 9.0
-DT Malcolm Roach - 6.8 Don't read too much into this. He has a VERY small sample size so far
-TE Taysom Hill - 4.5 I thought he should've played more
-LG Andrus Peat - 4.3 I've had enough of Peat. I think he's our worst OL...not Ruiz anymore
-CB Bradley Roby - 3.3 He was put in a shitty situation. I'm not putting any blame on him
-WR Marquez Callaway - 2.9
-DT Kentavius Street - 2.4
-DT David Onyemata - 2.2 He has been the most disappointing player this year imo. He was borderline elite last year
-CB Paulson Adebo - 1.6 He had a tough match-up, but he's regressing. Needs to pick it up
-DE Tanoh Kpassagnon - 1.5 Hasn't looked as good as he did last year
-RG Cesar Ruiz - 1.4 Looks better than Peat recently
-DE Cam Jordan - 1.4
-OC Erik McCoy - 1.3
-LB Pete Werner - 1.2 All over the field. Not sure why his score isn't higher
-LT James Hurst - 0.8 He shows up every week for us. Lucky to have him
-SS Tyrann Mathieu - 0.6 He's lost a step or 2, but at least he has the mental part down
-RB Dwayne Washington - 0.3

Side Note: I can't wait for Penning to come back

Hurst
Penning
McCoy
Ruiz
Ramczyk

or

Penning
Hurst
McCoy
Ruiz
Ramczyk

I think it's b/c he handles his responsibilities. Sometimes he doesn't get the job done though b/c he's lost a step.

We could do better, but we could also do worse.

-Andy Dalton - Last Week 80.3 - 82.3 (4/36 QB)

Minimal mistakes. accurate passes.

issue is, they are not trusting him to win or lose games with street receivers. We didn't trust him to win us the game, we lost because of it IMHO.

quote:

-Alvin Kamara - Last Week 52.3 - 53.6 (57/60 RB)
-Mark Ingram - Last Week 54.4 - 58.1 (52/60 RB)

IDK...aside from dropping passes every now and then, i don't see why these two are graded so poorly. they handle pass protection well, they make the right read when running. Playcalling is predictable, but Kamara for example had back to back great games and Ingram played well this week.

quote:

-Michael Thomas - 77.2 (16/109 WR)
-Chris Olave - 79.7 (7/109 WR)
-Jarvis Landry - 67.6 (49/109 WR)
-Marquez Callaway - Last Week 67.1 - 64.2 (66/109 WR)
-Tre'Quan Smith - Last Week 72.7 - 73.1 (34/109 WR)
-Rashid Shaheed - Last Week N/A - 89.9

CGM - is still good when healthy, issue is...health
Olave - I am excited about him, it sucks we gave up so much, but he has been the most productive WR from this draft and if it wasn't for some bad deep shots, you could add up 100 yards and 2 TDs to his #
Landry - looks washed or the wrong QB for him in Winston.

Callaway and Smith - both good in pinch, but they're easily...4th receiver

Shaheed - please for the love of God develop him so we can move on from Hardy. his speed was legit unreal.

quote:

-James Hurst - Last Week 68.3 - 67.5 (37/76 OT)
-Andrus Peat - Last Week 52.8 - 48.5 (62/75 OG)
-Erik McCoy - Last Week 69.7 - 68.4 (8/36 OC)
-Cesar Ruiz - Last Week 61.3 - 59.9 (44/75 OG)
-Ryan Ramczyk - Last Week 78.6 - 80.2 (5/76 OT)

Penning to LT
Hurst to LG
Peat as a trade/cut june 1 this offseason
Ruiz signs a friendly extension
Ram being Ram

and I think we'll be fine. We do need a backup though because my God the rest suck.

quote:

-David Onyemata - Last Week 60.9 - 58.7 (65/121 DI)

Easily went from borderline elite to borderline bad...he has to be hurt because he is atrocious. There is 0 push from him in the passing game and the interior DL vs the run is absymal.

quote:

-Cam Jordan - Last Week 73.9 - 72.5 (32/115 ED)
-Marcus Davenport - Last Week 72.9 - 76.2 (37/115 ED)
-Payton Turner - 62.4
-Carl Granderson - Last Week 63.9 - 65.9 (61/115 ED)
-Tanoh Kpassagnon - Last Week 57.1 - 55.6

I don't know if its keeping guys fresh and avoiding injury, but you can tell its an easily completion when Granderson/Kpassagnon come in for Jordan/Davenport. We gotta do something about it.

quote:

-Demario Davis - Last Week 84.2 - 86.3 (2/80 LB)
-Pete Werner - Last Week 68.8 - 67.6 (25/80 LB)
-Kaden Elliss - Last Week 60.4 - 61.9 (38/80 LB)

bright spot of the defense, great pick for Werner.

quote:

-Marshon Lattimore - 52.2 (81/107 CB)
-Paulson Adebo - Last Week 35.7 - 34.1 (106/107 CB)
-Bradley Roby - Last Week 53.3 - 50.0 (90/107 CB)

-Tyrann Mathieu - Last Week 75.2 - 74.6 (12/86 S)
-Marcus Maye - Last Week 63.4 - 68.0 (28/86 S)
-Justin Evans - Last Week 58.3 - 59.3 (54/86 S)

I can't wait for Taylor and Lattimore to come back healthy. the dropoff hurt a lot, the pass rush being nonexistant makes it worse.

Am I watching the same safeties play? PFF makes no sense sometimes. It always hates Kamara for some reason.

Also, remember in preseason when all we heard was how Adebo was a breakout guy? Oof.

Adebo was playing great, then he got injured. He hasn't been the same since he came back.
