At least Winston got the final shot in the Falcons before they kick shite out of us.

This is obvious

Not looking good for us next year. But the falcons are making the same mistake we made with Carr. Selling out to maybe win the division and burnout in the playoffs. Cousins won’t do shite without JJ and Addison. He’s not elite, he’s old, hurt and never had much success in the playoffs. Good for us in the long run. Saints odds to win the division next year are low

That’s not true. His numbers have been pretty consistent going back to 2017 in Washington.

But you are right overall, he’s a better version of Carr. The ceiling is make the playoffs maybe win WC round.

He was solid before but he’s taken a significant step forward the past 4 years. Not just numbers but performance and winning games. My point is I don’t see him having the same success outside of Minnesota. Partly because Minnesota is a solid org and part because he’s aging and hurt

Not to be argumentative but that simply not true, his numbers and team record were basically the same in 2018 and 2019 as 2020-2023. They went 10-6 and won a playoff game in 2019 and 13-4 but last in WC in 2022. other wise 8 or 7 wins. They did have Diggs and Theilen in 18-19.

That is very possible. I do like London Pitts and Robinson so my guess is if he’s healthy they will be in the same range of right around .500 mostly but easier division and path to playoffs. Ceiling is like NO and TB. I’d be much more concerned if they drafted a QB in the first round

Cousins is certainly more talented QB but he’s also a soon to be 36 year old QB that’s still rehabbing an Achilles tear
