Compensatory Picks question

Sorry if this was posted somewhere else. I did a search on here and on google but didn't really find anything.
Anyway, I saw that we are getting picks for Teddy and Terry, but why aren't we getting picks for the other coaches that got hired? Or are we and I just haven't seen it posted.
Can anyone help me better understand this? Thanks!

You only get picks if a Black coach or front office member gets hired at another team as a GM or Head Coach
