No it is not. It is based on the contract they signed (and depends on FAs signed and lost by the team).

That would be great if it happens, but no question our defense takes a step back without onyemata, Ellis and yes, even Davenport.

This 2023 draft is just massively important to restock this roster. Really need a 2016-2017 type draft. And probably another one next year to reopen a window to compete.
