Hes dumb but not that dumb, he knows where his paychecks come from. Thats why when practice and Sunday rolls around he is all business.
Think about it, have we ever heard a player call him out of being bad team mate or lazy?
Reminds me of TO/Chad Johnson yeah he is a bit of a head case but he produces on the field.

Colston is a man. Marshall is a troubled kid in a mans body. Dude has too many issues. You can keep that cancer. Gimme Colston. Dude's been money in the bank for us 2 out of 3 years and the last 4 games of last season he was the best in the league. Plus, he's pretty good at doing this:
