I sure hope it's official, but looking at the rest of the jerseys on NFL shop, some of then still don't have the full collar. Even the new draft pick jerseys.

Seems like a lot of NFL teams over the years have changed to darker colors for whatever reason and I'm not a fan
Jets went to dark green
Pats went from blue and red to navy red and sliver
Rams went from royal and yellow to navy and gold
